A bit about me…

When it comes to trying new challenges it is my belief that anything is possible as long as you believe you have the power to succeed and are committed to making the changes.

At 28, I found myself in a foreign country unable to work due to political restrictions and without my friends and family around. I was stripped of my career, my identity and my purpose. I lost my self-belief. And no one really understood why.

I began my career in media production working for both the film, broadcast and corporate production industry. Over the years I have also dipped my toes in to alternative production arenas including self publishing a book and managing art therapy programmes in East Africa. More recently I have been at home with my children for their preschool years.

I found my way back with the help of a coach. They helped me learn to trust myself again, reconnect with the new me and carve out a new path for myself.  This experience inspired me to build my own career as a transformational coach and I have since trained at the Animas centre for coaching in London.

We all have it in us to make the changes we want to see. I find it so rewarding to watch people of all ages realise they have that power.

I can’t wait to help you tap into yours.
