Are you feeling lost and unexcited by life?

I can help you reconnect with who you are, and what you want, so that you feel energised and alive again.

Hi. I am Emily.

I want to introduce myself.

I am 44 and I live in Bristol with my husband and 3 kids. I set up my life coaching business in 2020, when I realised my priorities had shifted, and my hunger and passion for my career in the media had changed after becoming a mother.

I love coaching my clients because I love walking beside them as they unpick and explore their thinking, priorities, ideas and beliefs, challenging themselves on who they believe themselves to be and what they want from life.

Mindset Coach

I work with people who feel lost and unexcited with life to re-identify with who they are and what they want, so they feel alive again

I will help you reconnect with your passion for life, rescript the negative self talk and find your confidence.

When we work together, I won’t make decisions for you or tell you what to do. I’ll help you discover that the power for change lies within you.

We will talk, walk (if that’s what you fancy) and unpick your thinking so that you can move into the future with clarity and confidence.

Coaching services

Face-to-face can be arranged either at my practice room in Belmont Clinic, out and about on a walk, or from my home in Long Ashton.

Three women are sitting on the floor in a living room, engaged in a discussion with magazines, notebooks, and art supplies spread around. One woman is holding paint bottles, and another is writing or drawing. A large TV screen displays a slide titled 'Talking to You.' The room has a blue wall with a fireplace and wooden shelf, and natural light is coming through a window.

Work 1:1 with me alongside 1:1 personal movement coach Connor Golding of Real Good Fitness, to build your mental and physical strength and confidence, to help promote a better mindset and build lasting practices. This program will give you the foundations to build a happier, stronger more focused version of yourself.

By working with me you are supporting your staff and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive both inside and outside of work.

My meet-ups are designed for people who are looking for new connections and community, people who want to challenge their thinking by listening to others, or grow their community and meet new people.
