Support your employees with “Wellness at Work”my mind health and wellbeing programme.

By working with me you are offering support to your employees with their mental health and general well being. Coaching will equip your staff with the tools they need to be able to bring their best selves to work, helping them to be more productive and enhancing a positive working environment. 

The format is exactly the same as my 1:1 coaching. Each individual staff member has the option to book in sessions with me if they would like extra support, either at work or home. Sessions are 60-minutes and I use a mixture of questions, simple exercises and some visualisations.  I recommend setting up each individual employee with a block of six sessions at £540 for 3 months. Managers are also able to offer singles sessions to employees on an ad hoc basis. 

When we start I will begin working with your employees either face-to-face or online, outside of working hours. I will arrange all logistics with your staff individually. Face-to-face sessions can run from Belmont clinic in Patchway or alternatively I love offering my client the chance to be outside during our sessions where possible. I find the movement of walking and the fresh air very therapeutic for coaching and for those of us who are often stuck behind a desk.

By working with your staff, I can help increase their confidence and self belief, helping them identify and solve problems that may be acting as a barrier to their success. I can also help resolve conflict in the workplace. By offering my services to your staff I can help them focus on behaviours that lead to them being able to execute their peak performance on a daily basis.
