Working with me will bring the fun back into life

  • When we begin working together I will start by exploring your values and how and where they show up in your day to day life. Sometimes we base our identity on chapters that have passed. It is important to reassess regularly to find out if any of our values have changed through developing circumstances. This will then allow for a clearer understanding of what you need to align yourself with to feel happier and fulfilled. This process can help you develop an awareness of what you want to get out of your future. It is very powerful when exploring ideas for a new career. You can then identify the steps you need to take to get there.

  • Sometimes the thought of the future can feel overwhelming. I use a mixture of simple questioning, visualisations and tools to help you begin to form a picture of where you want to move towards and help you identify the steps you need to take to get there.

  • By looking at the stories we believe about ourself, we begin to understand the limiting beliefs we hold about our own abilities and capability. By the end of our work together I hope we will have begun to break down the fear and doubt that is holding you back. It is my ambition to provide you with the tools you need to enable you to feel more confident in yourself and to help you learn to find acceptance of who you are. I want you to become your own cheerleader in life. .

  • When you work with me I hope you will be ready to make a commitment to positive practices and behaviours that will make you feel happier and more confident about yourself and your decision making. We will use some of the tools that I suggest and find the practices and the routines that suit you.

I can meet you face-to-face or online

Face-to-face can be arranged either at my practice room in Belmont Clinic, out and about on a walk or from my home in Long Ashton.

Working one-on-one with Mindset Coach Emily Hatfield over three 90 minute sessions you’ll  confront the negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back to develop a more positive mindset towards yourself and your capabilities.

1:1 Movement Coaching with Connor

Working one-on-one with Connor Golding you’ll develop your physical strength and confidence. Over four 60-minute sessions, Connor will help you explore how to adapt your routine to fit into your busy lifestyle.

You’ll walk away from this program with a new awareness of who you are and how you move, giving you the foundations to build a happier, stronger, more focused version of yourself.
