Build, grow, and enhance your mind and body confidence.

Working one-on-one with Mindset Coach Emily Hatfield, you’ll  confront the negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back to develop a more positive mindset towards yourself and your capabilities.

Alongside this, you’ll work 1:1 with Personal Movement Coach, Connor Golding of Real Good Fitness to develop your physical strength and confidence. Connor will help you explore how to adapt your routine to fit into your busy lifestyle.

You’ll walk away from this program with a new awareness of who you are and how you move, giving you the foundations to build a happier, stronger, more focused version of yourself.

The programme

3 x 90-minute 1:1 coaching session with Emily either face-to-face or online.

4x 60-minute movement sessions with Connor, ideally face-to-face but a digital option is available as well.

Located in South Bristol/North Somerset.

Realize

Explore your mind and body as we help you bring awareness to the areas we will work on.

Emily will begin by helping you explore the various factors that are affecting your confidence and preventing you from unlocking your true potential.

Work with Connor to find areas of weakness and pinpoint sites of pain. He will assess your basic movement patterns and highlight the areas that need strengthening. 

Rescript

Learn techniques and develop tools to help overcome your limiting factors. 

Once we’ve highlighted any limiting beliefs and programmed behaviours that lead to negative self talk, we will begin applying tools and techniques that can help rescript your existing narrative and foster a positive mindset.

Once we have our starting point we can establish a plan of progression. Here, we’ll begin to develop an awareness of the way you move as you learn to simultaneously strengthen and align your body.  

Reclaim

Use your newfound skills to create lasting changes.

The final chapter of this programme will help you build lasting practices and ways to apply the skills that you’ve learnt over the previous weeks. We’ll focus on using your new skills to reclaim your power, getting you ready for the next step: creating meaningful, lasting transformation.

Further your progress by learning how to incorporate movement into your daily life. We’ll be focusing on advancing your movement patterns and strength while gaining the confidence and knowledge to go it alone.
